(July 30, 2017, 8:54 am)Dr Craig Langdon suggested a Complete Sleeper memory foam pillow for spinal alignment (neck and upper back) and for sleep comfort. I absolutely love it. The pillow is so comfortable while cradling my neck in the correct position. I wake up feeling refreshed and pain free. I highly recommend this pillow. They are available through Dr Craig at his Smithfield practice.
