    Friendly reception ladies, love the fact they all smile when you walk in. Little warm in the sun on the seat but plenty of space to find a spot out of its harsh rays. Wait was less then 10 minutes and the service was quick easy and pleasant. Place looks new and clean witch is always a nice feeling in a health practice

    I love commending people for a job well done! People are always first to complain and last to compliment but these guys are true blue 5 star and deserve this review!!

    Went to Cairns Radiology for an X-ray and was highly impressed of everything they offered. Very easy to call and make an appointment, the staff are courteous, very kind and made me feel at ease while taking the X-ray. They were very efficient and I managed to receive the images and report within hours (which was great as in the past I’ve usually had to wait a few days at other places). Not to mention they are bulk billed which is great!!!

    Also loved the space in general - it’s filled with local and international artworks - it felt more like an art gallery while waiting rather than your standard white walled doctors office. Definitely gave off good, relaxing vibes.

    Cairns Radiology really went over and out to make my time a great experience. Well done to the team and thank you again for all your professionally, kindness, great attention to detail and good Aussie sense of humour when I needed it most.

    10 out of 10! Really really thank you again!

    Staff were good and efficient but I wish they would sit themselves for an hour with the sun blasting through the window like we had to endure the other day. That wasn't good in this day and age of skin cancer awareness. The only bench seat out of the sun was already taken. Am hoping if they know about it they will do something to remedy the situation.
