  The team at F45 Cairns CBD are amazingly positive and always push you to your absolute limit! Any questions about fitness goals, injuries and anything else that’s bothering you, they are always up for a chat. One of the best gyms I’ve been a part of.

The trainers take the time to get to know your abilities and goals and ensure that they push you to achieve your best each and every class. The workouts are challenging and fun, and frequent change-ups keep it interesting and participants wanting more! Love it!

  I love F45 Cairns CBD. The trainers are friendly and motivating, the vibe is awesome. Good music. Lots of session times, including a few midday classes which is good for shift workers. Hard workouts, but really fun!
