  I accidentally parked in the carpark of this establishment and the owner vandalised my car by wrapping it in cling wrap and glued a note to my car window which won't come off (the glue that is). There are no signs to indicate that parking is not permitted. I spoke with the worker at the time and she called her boss to put her on the phone to me - she screamed in my ear non stop for 3 minutes until I hung up. People make mistakes, surely a polite note would have been appropriate. The poor girl at the massage spa was working her first ever shift, what an example to set for your staff. I would not represent the organisation I own by vandalising someones car for simply parking in the wrong spot. Very unprofessional.

  Excellent!
  Late this afternoon I walked past the sign along Lutwyche Road. Rung the number on the sign and made a booking for within the hour. I believe the same person whom I spoke with on the phone was the same person who gave me a friendly welcome. I paid upfront.
  
  I was asked about how much pressure and received medium which was all I needed. After all areas were massaged a "hot" but acceptable heated wet towel was used to clean off the massage oils. Towards the end of the hour booking I was asked for any extras. I was offered to have a shower to freshen up. I declined but I did accept a 600ml bottle of spring water.
  
  The massage table was long and wide. I usually find massage tables uncomfortable for my chin, but this one was great. The room was very comfortable and had a nice smell of Lavendar. The room lighting and temperature was just right for relaxation.
  
  The masseur was friendly and although I chose not to speak that much I felt that the staff was able to do the massage whilst conversing with me. A few places I have been to in the past, I have had staff pause the massage to talk and they break their pattern just to focus on a conversation.
  
  I would certainly return in the future.
