  I have reside in student accommodation managed by Hive for last three years, through which I experienced their friendly and reliable service. Being an international student, when I first came to Australia, Hive helped me to find a wonderful place, which I like to refer as "home" since it felt like home. They were able to match my requirements very quickly and found just the right place for me. Ever since then, I didn't had to look elsewhere nor worry about accommodation any more. No doubt, Hive is Brisbane's student accommodation specialist. They have broad range of accommodation options to suite the requirements of any student, whether international or local. Their friendly management strategy helps to keep household maintenance easy for the tenants. Therefore, I strongly recommend Hive.

  Currently in my 3rd year renting from Hive and am very pleased with the staff. Tamara, Natalie and Daniel have been super helpful over the years with resolving the usual issues that you bump into in shared accommodation. The most noteworthy would be during a bad storm in 2017 when a huge tree fell into the backyard of the place I was staying at and blocked off some accessibility. Daniel was very expedient with organising it's removal which I'm very thankful of.

  Reliable, professional and knowledgeable service from my property manager, Sylvia Saint-Forrester! I really appreciate the extra effort you've put in to make my stay with Hive a memorable one. Met some great friends (housemates) along the way and appreciated my bond being fully refunded after my stay. Thank-you Hive Team for your 5 Star Service!

  I have been living in the hive student accommodation since I started my master degree. It has been 2 years and I am going to leave because I will graduate in this July. This accommodation is very safe and it is also near the bus stop. There are restaurants located nearly the building. So, I haven’t looked for any accommodations while I live at Hive.

  I had used the Hive accommodation services for 2 times.
  The service and stuffs are very friendly they are super helpful.
  The reason I give only 4 star review because no such thing is "perfect" you need to give the Hive accommodation a try and you will know how amazing they are :)
