  This place offers the best Veterinary services I have ever experienced. The vets and nurses are knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and respectful. All of them have a passion for what they do that shines through at every moment. They offer amazing Veterinary services for birds and are my friends and families regular vet.

  All of the staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring, from the initial phone call with the front desk to the vet to the nurses.
  Was able to get my piggy in same day as an emergency, and everything was explained to me so I didn't have to be extra stressed. I witnessed everyone show genuine affection for my piggies, which made me feel so welcome (and them behave!). They also had a great selection of products for sale, so you can top up on hay, pellets, cosies, etc.
  Definitely will be our regular vet and would recommend ????

  Staff here are extremely good at their jobs, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and explain everything.
  They genuinely care about the animals that come there and do everything they can to make the animals feel relaxed and happy.
  We had a major surgery done with them on one of our rats, the costs where all explained in advance and they even did everything they could to prepare for any complications that may of arised, as it was a risky procedure.

  Did all they can to help pet budgie, with commitment. With a subsequent case of similar illness in another budgie, wouldn't write a prescription for specific medication - as I couldn't afford the emergency visit; this is of course due to being 'legally bound' to not being able to do this; I'm not convinced, as it seems remote that legal matters would arise over pet misfortune? Or will there be precedents?

  The vet and staff were knowledgeable about our Guinea pig's needs. They provided information and great care while we were there. I would highly recommend this vet service to any Guinea pig owners.
