(July 14, 2018, 5:20 am)Free parking for 3 hours over the weekend and 2 during the week, with an escalator that leads to Mitchell Street arcade (includes Coles, BrightEyes Sunglasses and Accessories, Tobacconist, Bottle Shop, Key Engravers/Souvenirs/Watch repairs, Bakery and Travel outlet).
I've attempted to edit the location on Maps so the pin is dropped on the entrance, otherwise the directions can be misleading in its current state. -
