  I’m 9 months post breast augmentation 345CC and I’m loving the results more and more as time goes by.
  Not many believe me but my experience was pain free i know everyone is different but my recovery was honestly painless I felt small discomforts here and there but no actual pain, even Dr James couldn’t believe it.
  I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience his such a lovely person he even went out of his way to make my family feel secure that I was in the best hands. I would always highy recommend Dr James Southwell-Keely as I believe his one of the best surgeons in Sydney.

  I used to have a beautiful well-defined sleek neck but with time, my skin started ageing and I could start seeing those droopy muscles around my neck which transformed into double-chin soon afterwards. It was temporary at first and I could see it only when I smiled or laughed heavily but later it became permanent. Earlier I thought, may be exercising and shedding those extra-kilos might help but the adamant double-chin never faded away. When after losing all hope, I came across an article about Neck Lift stating how it could help people with fatty necks; I could not resist visiting the one of the best Face cosmetic surgeon in Sydney, Dr.Southwell-Keely. He listened to my entire problem and understood my expectation of a well-defined neck-line through the procedure. I was also explained all the steps of the procedure and that along with Neck lift, I might also require a lower face lift. On the whole, everything went really well. I had regular follow-ups after the surgery and the results were just mind-blowing. I have a beautiful and seamless neck line now and have regained my confidence back. All thanks to Dr. James Southwell-Keely for helping me achieve my desired look back.

  The service and professionalism of Dr Southwell Keely and his staff made the pre-op trouble free and very comfortable. But, I was most pleased with the results. I have not noticed any scarring and recovery was amazingly quick.
  
  Given my surgery was very delicate (around the eye area) it made the result even more impressive.
  
  Overall, Dr Southwell Keely is skillful, friendly, a good communicator and very professional.

  After contemplating a Breast Reduction for many years, I finally did my research and rang Woollahra Health and Beauty ,on making this phone call Sue the Receptionist ,in her beautiful re-assuring tone, suggested I see Dr.James Southwell-Keely ,when meeting Dr.James Southwell-Keely the first time, his bedside manner and his attention to detail and his uniqueness in providing all my questions were answered, and i knew I had chosen the right Doctor.I just wanted to Thank James and can highly recommend, his outstanding work, his caring nature and his positive attitude in making my operation stress free, the excitement i feel with my BREAST REDUCTION ,knowing that my whole body is now in proportion ,shopping for new bras and clothes is so exciting ,I'm greatly appreciative for the experience and the happy outcome of meeting this wonderful genuine Doctor , whom is the Best in this field along with his Team that gives 100% always and it's truly been a pleasure.
