  Couldn't speak more highly of Matt, Rhys and the team from Simmark. Only 1 week out from xmas and needed a new ducted AC. They made it happen within the small time frame and were professional from start to finish. Great service!

  From start to finish the process was seamless.Matt came out and did the quote and locked in a date and time.The crew turned up on the designated date at 7.30 am and did not leave until after 5pm.They were polite and professional and very communicative if there were any issues that needed resolving.They worked well together as a team knowing each others role and responsibilities and left the place spotless when the job was done.
  
  The only small problem i had was not to do with installation but more about the product that does not come with infra red or wi fi capability.So I contacted Matt and he advised that Daikin will have a product available in January that allows for remote control.He went as far as saying he will contact me when the device is available and even offered it to me at a reduced price.
  
  So there you have it.
  
  If you are thinking about Ducted AC then I cannot recommend this company highly enough.You might get a cheaper quote, as I did, but I doubt you'd get the same level of service that Simmark provides.

  Matt and the simmark crew from wollongong installed 3 air conditioners for me at a club I help manage. They were courteous, communicated well during all aspects of the job and were a hard working and professional crew. The finished job Is just what I wanted, thanks guys.

  Being on the market for a new air conditioning system for my home, I came across Simmark. I checked their credentials online and thought they were worth a go.
  After getting quotes from quite a few other providers in Wollongong, I found the quote from Simmark to be quite competitive. A special mention at this stage to Matt from Simmark, who was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the best system for me. I accepted their quote and had my new system installed within a matter of days, and I couldn't be happier.
  Their technician, Shane, who did the installation was the consummate professional and clearly passionate about his work. These guys are going to shake up the business community in Wollongong, and in a good way too.
