  Love the yoga at Ray of Light. Really welcoming space, and for someone who can't get to classes regularly I find the classes very accessible and I always feel great after a practice. Definitely recommend!

  The Ray of Light has been a nurturing place of connection, community and retreat since I moved back to the coast 3 years ago. I’ve enjoyed many classes and workshops in this time, and have fortunately been able to complete both my Yoga Teacher Training level 1 and 2 with Rachel, and her amazing teachers.
  Both courses have bought a diverse depth of understanding in yoga asana and philosophy and in turn self- not only on my mat but naturally flowing off the mat and into every aspect of my life.
  
  The 5 day Bali retreat on Yoga Teacher Training 2 was an especially special time, challenging, joyful, and enriching on all levels; delving into life changing personal enquiry and potential. An amazing experience that I highly recommend.
  
  Thank you Rachel and team for creating such a beautiful space that brings people together for the greater good of community, and enriching people’s lives with your knowledge and passion for sharing yoga.

  Ray Of Light is a beautiful space that inspires and calms as soon you you enter. I have been practicing yoga with Rachel for about 10 years now, her genuine love for yoga and Ayurveda shines through her classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training. I feel incredibly honoured to be teaching with Rachel on her level 1 yoga teacher training program, the first in the Illawarra. It's a wonderful experience to be a part of, to be with students as they grow and learn so much about themselves and yoga over the duration of the course. This training is unique to all other trainings that I have experienced owing to the retreat-like nurturing environment that is created by Rachel and her team.

  I have been a student at Ray of Light for ten years, Ray of Light in beautiful Bali Bulli has become like a second home to me. Rachel Noakes is a fabulous teacher and facilitator who has guided me on my yoga journey. Rachel teaches from her heart, taking her students deeper into their practice with chanting and meditation. My experience at Ray of Light gave me the desire to become a yoga teacher, I completed Rachel’s level two teacher training earlier this year. I continue to be a student of Rachel’s as well as a teacher. I love the special retreat days and other opportunities to continue my studies and self knowledge. I highly recommend Rachel as a Teacher, a Teacher of Teachers and mentor in her beautiful studio.
