    Jess displays a great understanding and knowledge of the issues and functions of the body with particular reference to my lower back in this case. Jess worked through some 'homework' for me and ensured that I both understood the movement itself AND the reason for doing it. Jess explained the problem I was having, the reasons for the exercises in overcoming the issues and how I should progress. Jess even showed me physically the exercises so that I could see how they should work. Very thorough but also a very pleasant and calming experience.

    First visit yesterday with Jess, I Felt very comfortable with her and was appreciative that she understood my problem after investigating my body. Great to talk to and very helpful in showing me some exercises. Looking forward to further visits to fix my issues. Very professional !

    Jess is by far the best Physiotherapist I have ever had. She is extremely thorough in her assessments and goes above and beyond to give you the best care possible. Jess always makes you feel comfortable and reassured. I will always recommend her to anyone I know!
