  Got my car repaired. Was told 3-4 days. Took 4.
  
  Pros: they did the job.
  
  Cons: their modus operandi is not quite customer-focused. My service was booked 2 weeks in advance, should be no surprise. On the day I dropped the car they told me that they did not order the required parts, they only do so when they receive the car. My intelligent guess is that out of 4 days my car was at their place they were waiting 3 days for the parts to arrive, during which I could not drive and they did not do anything either.

  I had an excellent experience here. The staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond to make a tricky time easier.

  It seems difficult to find panel beaters that provide good customer service in the Shire. Gary Flynn smash repairs was super friendly and went the extra mile. Did an excellent job on my car. Keep up the great work!
