The Christmas Factory Shop

Terry, Martha and Rhonda, thanks again for such wonderful customer service earlier today. I've been shopping at the The Christmas Factory Shop in Kirrawee for years now and will go nowhere else. Terry in particular is just fantastic and nothing is ever too difficult. Highly recommend buying your Christmas lights from these lovely ladies!

I love this place! It has amazing variety, great quality and cheap prices. I will get all my Christmas decorations from here from now on. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I walked in last week looking for a particular item. Terry was lovely. She searched the whole store. When she couldn’t find what I was looking for, she took my number, and called me the next day to tell me she found it in their other store and she was holding it for me. Very rare to find service like this anymore! Highly recommend this place.

I've been to many Christmas shops and served by many people, but this place is honestly amazing so beautifully decorated so much selection of trees and decorations quality items with fantastic prices, but the one thing that I will comment about is the fantastic service friendly staff that love to help and with ideas that I would never imagine. This store is located in Carlton.
I shopped with so much pleasure.
