(September 11, 2018, 1:33 am)This place is great for large families. The house is old but has an upgraded bathroom and shower. Kitchen is old but mostly functional (some new pans and sharp knives would be helpful) . The fridge is small so bring an extra esky or two (or do what we did and leave the cans and bottles outside during winter).
The beds are OK, you'll need to bring your own sheets and pillow covers and doona covers. there are several bedrooms too choose from most have central air-con to keep you warm during winter.
The property is about 40 minutes drive to Mt Selwyn and only about 4 minutes drive out of Anaminiby. We used it and slept 4 families in the house. It is a large property set well back off the highway.
There are horses, rabbits and two bulls around in the adjacent properties so bring an apple or two to give out.
Pro Tip: the second light switches in each room control the central air to that room.
