  Very friendly and welcoming staff
  Room was clean,bed comfortable, liked the soft and firm pillows, the room was perfect for our needs
  The breakfast was great
  Overall a very good experience
  I Would recommend this hotel .

  great location, less than 5 min walk to Macquarie shopping center. One of the staff is pretty new as she doesnt know what she is doing, from our room keys to parking tickets none of them work. Other than that, they stay was good

  A highly friendly and professionally run hotel in a key business and educational district of Sydney. Many thanks to all the First Class team on Reception, Catering, Bistro and Housekeeping. Everyone genuinely makes you feel 'at home'. The standards of the hotel are very high and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again and highly recommend. 5star rating to you. You deserve it and the pancakes were terrific too!

  Loved everything about our weekend stay from the 24/7 friendly staff when we checked in after midnight due to flight cancellations with the Sydney dust storms to the delicious assortment of breakfast choices. My son and I found all the staff to be very helpful with giving us directions and where to buy the opal card. We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to the train station but worried when we heard the line was being upgraded and buses were replacing trains. There was no need to worry as it was an easy and seamless transition!!! Public transport in Sydney is brilliant compared to Adelaide, longest we waited at a stop was 4 mins and we didn't have a timetable.
  Enjoyed a late night dinner at the Glasshouse next to the hotel, delicious food, great service and could easily walk next door for a lovely meal with my son.
  The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Perfect for our weekend stay. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip delightful, we highly recommend you to all.
