  I had a difficult plumbing issue. Both Les and Scott communicated the issue in an easy to understand manner. They where refreshingly timely in our interactions and very professional. Would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

  Scott and his father Lester did a fantastic job for us - and it certainly wasn't an easy one - always sorting things out quickly & without any fuss. They went above and beyond what I expected of them and in the end were great workers and excellent value for money. I would recommend them highly to anyone - already have given a few mates their number. Great work guys. Thanks, Johnny

  My ongoing experience with Poole & Co Plumbing over the years has been nothing then very satisfying. The professionalism and customer service is 2nd to none. They have always been helpful and responsive to emergency call outs. Lester and Scott go out of there way to offer sound and technical advice.
  Poole & Co are always my first choice plumbing contractor.

  One of the best plumbers I've come across. I've found them to be honest, reliable and conduct quality workmanship, with proper investigation.
  
  You can tell they have a lot of experience, where other plumbers struggled to find the cause of the problem, they conducted the proper investigation and resolved the repair with ease.
