Cool runnings is the real deal. I found Sean on a Facebook Group for Zoho CRM. Even though I live in the USA (Minnesota) and Sean is in the UK and his developers live in the Philippines (Shout out to Paulo and Dan), I have still received phenomenal service and customer support. We have made 7AM Zoom calls work and Sean has always been prompt with replying to my facebook messages. They helped my landscaping and moving business integrate Zoho Desk into my Zoho CRM. They built workflows, complex custom functions, direct assignment rules, and a bunch of other automations.

Their hourly rate of $75 per hour is more than reasonable given the standard fees in the industry are typically $100 per hour at least. I was able to pay using PayPal which was very convenient. Cool Runnings even warranties all their work so fixes are completely free. I had one minor issue and Sean insisted that it's covered under the warranty. These guys are the real deal. Look no further than Cool Runnings. I will continue to use them for CRM maintenance and future Zoho One needs.
