  Helpful Patient Responsive Professional
  I was the buyer of a property for a vendor Thomas represented. As first time buyer in Australia, I relied on Thomas as if he was representing me too! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, efficient, patient and professional no matter how many questions or stresses I had. He treated me as generously as his own client. I’d recommend him to help you for sure!

  Thomas replied to my initial query promptly, and all subsequent calls and emails were handled quickly and thoroughly. No questions were ignored. I was kept up to speed on progress of my queries. I would highly recommend Thomas to handle any real estate needs.

  We found the staff at Walkom Newcastle to be extremely friendly, professional and would recommend them to anyone. They were very fast in responding to any queries or repairs that needed to be done and were very helpful all the way through our lease period. Alix is a great Property Manager and we were very impressed by the overall efforts of the team at Walkom Newcastle.

  Professional, efficient and best agent!
  Kate has in depth knowledge of the market. She is very professional, gave the right advice and knew exactly how to promote the property. Kate communicated clearly and followed up with every single inspection. She is well aware of the stress of selling and factored that in to achieve a very efficient and positive sale outcome. A legend in the industry and certainly set a new standard for my expectation. I will definitely recommend Kate Rundle without a doubt.
