Hi, my name is Natasha. I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and resource therapist, and I hold a graduate diploma in psychology. I’m also near completion of my studies in art therapy, which I’m really excited to be able to offer services in soon. My goal is not to “do therapy to you”, instead it is to coach and facilitate your expanding self awareness, through which you realise your own power and ability to be your genuine, healthy self. After all, you are in charge of yourself and only you can truly create your own healing and growth. My commitment to you though is to be compassionate and respectful while sharing in your journey. Appointments are available 9am to 4pm weekdays
Every person has different needs, so will require their own unique number of sessions
Each session is $140 and takes approximately 45 minutes
