  Unit is great but on the sunny side so you can't use the bedroom until late afternoon because it is too hot.. like an oven. Bathroom is small, laundry is large... umm... staff are helpful and units are close to restaurants. . Well presented and very clean.

  Very nice place, best investment property, very clean inviroment. Agreat place to live as a whole family very spacious apartments I think this is one of the most successful construction engineering solutions by Meriton.

  Pretty good place. The convenience of the location and the good facilities make it a pretty nice place to live.
  On the negative side - the mandatory internet provider drops out when it rains and booking visitor parking is complicated and has to be done in advance. Not very intuitive.

  We have been in the Arise for more than a year a part from the day to day issues that you would have in any building it has been a great experience. Just signed in our new lease.
