  Buying was great. All the attention you desire. Deal was great.
  
  Ask for them to call you back afterwards, don't hold your breath.
  Becomes very frustrating being told service advisor/manager, is not available right now, but I will get him/her to call you back. But no call back.
  Took six phone calls and a lot of hassling for someone to respond. Guess what - couldn't answer the question anyway.
  What makes that even more frustrating, is when Jaguar are rung, they don't have technical advise available. They tell you the service advisor at the dealership, is the technical info source.
  Great car. Great Jaguar event invitations, just lousy system and service.
  
  And I don't even have a problem that I am complaining about.
