  We searched for a long time to find a building company who could help us fulfil our dream of renovating our Federation style home. It was a very difficult and frustrating time, it was also scary as we had never done this before and had heard many horror stories. Doug from Bayside Built was one of the many builders who came in to visit us and go through the house listening to us explain our dream. We kept going back to Doug as he just felt like a good fit, he was professional, knowledgeable and he always turned up on time, most never even phoned us to say they weren't coming.
  The work was done in really good time, we met at the house once a week to go through it and the whole team were happy and surprisingly tidy for a construction site, we felt they were respectful of our home. The work was done in the time agreed upon. Any changes or extras were discussed and options given for time and price, we worked together well and the only change in the quoted price were for things that we decided we wanted.
  The build has finished, any defects have been quickly rectified and we have to say that we were probably one of the lucky ones, the whole process has been exciting and our home is exquisite, we are so in love. I couldn't reccommend Bayside Built any higher and if we do this again they will definately the team we want to work alongside.

  Bayside Built have just completed a building project at our home. Their professionalism, work ethic, clear communication and attention to detail were incredible. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bayside Built!

  We recently finished our renovation with Doug and the Bayside Built team. So often you hear what a traumatic process renovating can be. I can honestly say our experience has been pain free and we are thrilled with our beautiful new home. From our first meeting with Doug we were confident he was the right builder to construct our dream home. I would absolutely recommend Doug and the Bayside Built team.

  Doug was courteous and conscientious throughout our renovations and we were very pleased with the results.
  Our new kitchen/ living area really helps us make the most of our house and his advice and recommendations, as well as the quality of work, were spot on and excellent respectively.
  I would recommend Bayside without hesitation. Thanks Doug!
