  Forial is a hardworking and dedicated solicitor. We wanted to secure a property last minute and she was able to put us first: she went over all the bank papers and the contract for sale and point of areas of concern. She communicated with us for a good three hours. She saved us a holding deposit! I would highly recommend her.

  I could not ask for a better service than that provided by Avenue Legal.
  Forial was professional, knowledgeable, personable and very meticulous with her work . She ensured that I understood every step of the process and always acted on my best interest. Not to mention her efficiency in delivering her works were beyond compare.
  You can really tell that she loves her business and the people she helps. She genuinely cares about her client and Avenue Legal is definitely on my recommendation list!
