(September 21, 2022, 12:59 am)Quest Yoga is amazing for anyone who is trying to be consistent with their yoga practice. I started my journey with Quest Yoga six months ago, since then I've seen a lot of improvement not only in my yoga practice but also my health.Dee, the yoga instructor, is experienced and very encouraging. In her classes, she explains the asanas in detail, so it's not a regular class where you just follow what the yoga instructor is doing- you get to understand why and how the asanas work for your body. The best thing is that the classes are really well paced. No two classes are the same which makes me want to go back to them everyday as early as 5:30a.m.(even in winters, I'm not kidding!).
I highly recommend Quest Yoga! -

I was suffering with lots of health issues then I joined her classes now I feel relaxed and little flexible.
Her sessions are enjoyable, calm and you will feel peace during the entire class. She give full attention to all students equally and perform asanas will only motivates you more to do better. She is very energetic and positive in her class.
I would recommend Quest yoga all to join. -

Dee is one such teacher.
She is a part of our studio teching staff and she has tremendous knowledge about the subject and a experienced teacher. She is always hungry to learn more about the subject to guide her students better and better. Students are always happy when she teaches. She is well experienced in teaching yin, hatha, asthanga and vinyasa. I would surely recommend her if you are looking for true essence of tradition yoga.
