  Good value for the price. Convenient location. Best of all the bed was very comfy and sheets were crisp.

  Friendly staff and a nice pool. The location is good, being close to the town centre and the Western Plains zoo. However, the rooms are very, very small. The tap in our ensuite was broken - there is no way the cleaners could have missed this - the room should not have been used until this was rectified but I suspect the hotel management were just waiting for someone to complain. We were given another room with no fuss. This accommodation is one notch up from a youth hostel. I would not stay here again - it would be worth paying a little more to stay elsewhere.

  Smokers area needs to be relocated & at least some sort of cover would be nice.
  Customers drive thru HJ is there for every one to stare while you are smoking. Embarrassing in your pj's at 9pm.
  Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great with a great choice.

  A very good budget hotel. Has a nice well-kept feel to it all, and young lady on reception today was lovely, as was delightful lady who cleaned our room. Both had customer service uppermost in their minds.

  Nice and helpful staff. Bed was big and comfy. Only downside was the
  disposable cups - not environmentally friendly at all....
