  As soon as we arrived to check into Discovery Parks, the reception staff were so lovely. They told us a lot about Dubbo, and even though we were only staying for the night, they were clearly so passionate about where they lived. So much so, it made us wish we were staying longer!
  
  The park itself has great facilities. It is well laid out and very clean. We stayed in a safari tent, which was modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was a little cold at night, but nothing to complain about (or be surprised over). There was a very effective split system which heated the tent quickly. Bathroom in the tent was great. Two shower heads was a novelty! We did go out for dinner, but we could have cooked if we wished to, as the kitchen had a hot plate and microwave.
  Bed was warm and comfortable.
  All in all, a really nice place to stay after a 10 hour drive from Melbourne!

  Friendly and helpful staff, excellent value and good-sized en-suites. Campfires and pets not permitted, which suited us down to the ground. The caravan park had a nice village-like feel. If we've ever in Dubbo again, we'll definitely stay there. Highly recommended.

  This is our first time here and we love it. We are down the back on a drive through site which is great as we have to take the Caravan out to a repairer two days in a row. We are next door to some lovely grounds which run down from the Bowling Club. The reception staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The amenities are clean and tidy and whilst showering you can listen to some music.

  Great Location.Right next to Zoo. Cabins are spacious and modern. Van sites vary in size and whether you have a slab or are drive through so check and ask questions when booking. Great kid facilities. Well appointed camp kitchen. Amenities modern and clean.

  Overall very good experience in this park. We stayed at 3 bedroom bungalow and was very satisfied with room and amenities we got and a minute drive to Dubbo zoo was like icing on the cake. This is a perfect holiday park for who have kids. I would love to come back here in summer again. We arrived quite late so couldn’t enjoy the restaurant on the venue.
