  We really enjoyed this hotel. The first time we stayed here we saw one bed and we could not find the other until we figured out it was the couch. The second time we came, we upgraded into a deluxe room, and the beds were the same except much more comfy. We were placed on level 6 with an amazing view. The pool was awesome and it went from shallow to extremely deep, and it was great for doing laps. The restaurant's pizza was wonderful and I hope we will be back again.

  This resort was great! We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. 3 different pools for the kids to choose from as well as the beach. Which is only walking distance through the resort. Everything was clean and or room was freshly refurbished and modern. Will definately return.

  The room was great it had all we needed I would had given 4 stars if it wasn't for the extra 30 min wait we had to endure for getting our room
  Also for dinner the restaurant took an incredible amount of time to cook our dinner in the end we cancel the order.
  Thankfully the restaurant staff acknowledged the long wait and we where able to cancel without a hassle
  In the end the staff are friendly, the facilities are modern the only downside for us where the extra wait we had to endure to get our room and the enormous amount of time we waited to get dinner

  Excellent resort. Choices of rooms in 3 building, two of which are towers with jaw-dropping views of the surrounding area. With a beach, several barbecues, two pools, a restaurant, three tennis courts, one basketball court, and the Big Banana fun park less than a kilometre away, the resort is one of, if not the best resort in Coffs Harbour.

  The place is well maintained, the room was clean but it’s not very professional... we got there at check in time and had to wait about an hour for our room key because the room had to be cleaned (we booked months in advance). The bar/grill is also badly managed. We had our dessert delivered before the mains. When the mains arrived, they had stuffed up an item on the order and by the time the correct item had arrived, everyone had finished their mains. The wait for the dessert was so long that we had to cancel it in the end.
