  After having an issue with our panoramic sunroof and it exploding, while driving, I was obviously upset and in shock when I was rudely advised by Cessnock Kia they couldn't even see my car for TWO weeks.
  
  Maitland Kia told me to bring the vehicle in straight away, as it was a safety issue and needed to be addressed asap. I also did not have a garage for the car to go in, so Maitland Kia kindly housed the vehicle in their shop for me, whilst they looked at it to find a fault. The car was 1 month out of the 7 year warranty, there was no fault found, and the sunroof was going to cost us 7000k.
  
  After I got over the initial shock, the lovely people at Maitland Kia advised me that they would talk to Kia and see what they would do in regards to payment seeing as it was only 1 month out of warranty and it didn't seem like this was anyones fault. Luckily Kia came to the party, and Maitland Kia kept our car in the shop for the 3 or so weeks it took for a new sunroof to come in and then replaced it for us, cleaned the car from top to bottom, even removing all of the mats and interior to make sure it had no glass inside.
  
  I am beyond happy with my experience with Maitland Kia and will be coming here for future services and bringing my other vehicles here also. And telling anyone who will listen also . Also a special thank you to Ashleigh for all ringing around and looking after us and to everyone who worked on our car.. I'm glad to have her back in one piece. Thank you!

  Kia at maitland did a great job servicing my car.I was impressed on how one of the mechanics made it his business to make sure I was able to park my car in the disability parking as I am unable to walk any long distances. The girl behind the counter in the office was very helpful and courteous. I Found the mechanic that checked my car was very thougher and took great care of my car.I would on today's evaluation recommend kia maitland service centre .

  Kia service were great, I have a disability not being able to walk far and appreciated when one of the mechanics made sure I could park in the disability spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mechanic that did the service on my car did a great job and I appreciated their kindly and considerate manner.
  This was the first service (3000km/3months)having this to go by I feel confident in how thoughly professional and friendly they have been to me.
  Based on my experience today I would recommend them.

  Dropped my Daughter's car off. Service very Expensive! They claimed she lost her Warranty, but they are to expensive for her.
