Best place I’ve been too staff are friendly and professional, great with small children and incredibly patient cannot fault!

Medical scans can be scary. But Emily I cannot thank you enough on how kind and understanding you were with my disability and support worker. You explained everything easily for me to understand, you constantly checked in with me more than most people and made me feel very comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. Thank you again, you made me feel normal a little for a moment and I appreciate it.

I just have to say alto imaging and all the staff are wonderful. Technician go above and beyond to make you relaxed and comfortable, and explain the procedure you are having. I was there for 2hrs and and to make me a bit more relaxed Todd ask if I would like to listen to any music. So he put on my favourite band to listen. Todd you were so informative. What can I say,excellent customer service as soon as you walk in the door from reception to nurses and pet scan personnel. Made me feel all at ease and so friendly and relaxing.Thank you again for making it a positive experience

From the front desk staffs to the radiologist, I had an amazing experience at alto imaging. Very courteous and patient centered staffs at East Maitland branch. Drove more than 40minutes from new Lambton to East Maitland but it was worth it. Even my 5years old son said ""they are very nice and polite here "". The radiologist was very calm and friendly through out the scan session. I would not mind driving back to East Maitland for my next scan.
I rate the staffs 100%.
