  I really happy with my Alpha series camper trailer. The guys at black series campers were very helpful and had a great experience with the whole purchase and delivery process. A few minor issues with the build quality of the camper : 1. support arm for the hatch of the slide out drawer keeps hitting the draw Support plate when opening/closing. 2. Triangular tension screw on gas bottle brackets, not enough clearance from the end of thread to the padlock hole 3. Some Hatch door screws came loose. 4. Rego plate light broke off very easily
  Suggest - additional drain plug on opposite side of water tank (allow for slopes)

  The guys here at Black Series are obviously proud & passionate about what they do & the product they sell. It shows as soon as you get out of the car. We were greeted by Mary before even getting into the showroom & she guided us through the camper trailer we were after very thoroughly & even gave us tips along the way. She was friendly, down to earth & instantly came across as someone we could trust. Definitely recommend seeing them. Oh, I forgot to mention that their showroom was immaculate & really showcased the lifestyle (a league above the competition!). Well done guys!

  Excellent staff. Were very busy but kept coming back to us telling us not much longer and they hadn't forgotten us. Very professional and answered all our questions whether they thought some might have been a bit daft with a smile. We were there to pick up our camper and they made sure we knew how to attach it to the car and how to set it up. Didnt get a full demo but they were very informative and also told us about video on net that detailed everything we needed to know. The after sale service was excellent as we had a minor problem with the storm cover and it was replaced with no problems at all.
