  I recently have had two lower molars removed followed by bone grafts and implants by Dr Tsai in preparation for prosthodontal work. Paul is a very experienced and professional periodontist with a rare ability to make his patients feel relaxed and totally secure. He is aided by very competent and caring staff. I would not consider having such work carried out by anyone else. Full marks for their collective skill, professionalism and caring.

  I lost my 2 front teeth a couple years ago and had to wear a denture for a while which often would come loose when I am eating steak or anything that is hard to chew, upon recommendation of my dentist I decided to get implant done and refered me to Dr Tsai.
  After a few appointments with Dr Tsai I had my gum cleaned, x-rayed and took time to discussed the best planned to have my implant done.
  On the day I had the surgery I was nervous and anxious but the team at The Gum Specialist made me feel at ease ( Shout out and thanks nurse Sue ) which made the surgery a breeze and I was able to drive home on my own. One suggestion is get the mouth wash and the pain killer from the chemist before the surgery as I was struggling to talk in the first hour from my numb lips.
  I took 2 days off work for the surgery. A few weeks later when my gum had healed my dentist made and fitted the new teeth onto my implant.
  Best decision I made, I can now eat anything I want without worrying about my teeth coming loose - got my confident back.
  Thanks Dr Tsai, Sue and all the staff at The Gum Specialist for looking after my Teeth and Gum.

  Dr Paul Tsai’s gentle manner and professionalism won me over at my first appointment. I have gone through an extensive dental procedure with him and I am extremely happy! I really recommend the gum specialist team for those who want excellent advice and results!

  Came here on recommendation and Dr Paul did not disappoint. Very careful and meticulous with his work. Measures twice, cuts once. Very professional to his patients and addressed all of our issues and concerns. Clean and modern surgery.
