There are times when you need support solving issues with rental properties and there are no contacts or faces to negotiate with. The Real Estate agent is your only point of contact, putting them in an often uncomfortable position in the case of problems or disputes.
I found this very upsetting because that real estate person is the one who has to manage the stress of both owner of the property and the person making a complaint. I don’t know how a solution was managed without any more input from me, but it was. I’m extremely grateful to the person from Starr Partners who is managing the property as per my phone call Tuesday 16th Oct. Terri.
