Liz was a wonderful counsellor for our anxious ten year-old. She communicated regularly and clearly with us about her sessions, and our daughter found the strategies Liz taught her relevant and useful (and fun!) Liz is gentle, creative and respectful. We would highly recommend Liz as a counsellor.
We just spent the weekend at Liz’s Soul Sisters retreat and it was such a special few days with our daughters. Liz conducts the class in a seamless way that keeps the girls engaged and delighted and the mothers well informed.
We were being educated by the pure joy coming from the girls and the play based learning.
Liz guides the sessions in a kind, non judgmental forum that is inclusive and inspirational.
Thank you for the special time, Alice and I will not forget it and my other two daughters are lining up for the next retreat!
