  Regina is a breath of fresh air, always greeting you with the warmth of a sunny smile. Just being in her presence is healing in itself, but how she facilitates the BodyTalk modality is special. She's been there & done that, she knows what life can chuck at you. She is there just for you, in those moments that are your's, helping to unravel your story & finding the path to some peace & healing. She has helped me significantly over the last few years and has even inspired me to learn this modality myself. Big, happy, smiley recommendation!

  I have been going to Regina for the past few years and what can I say..... I don’t know where to begin to express my gratitude to this amazing lady!! The BodyTalk system truly is incredible. We are so blessed and lucky to have a service like this in town!!
  
  When I stumbled across Reginas post on Facebook years ago, it was meant to be. I was at a very very low point in my life and at a cross road. Health, career, and just the way my body was feeling, I felt blah!! My body was failing me!
  So I thought I had nothing to lose by going for an appointment! I made my first appointment and I’ve never looked back. I’m hooked!! Regina is the real deal. She knows her stuff!! It’s amazing what comes up in a session.
  I recently had an appointment where Regina gave me homework to do so I can continue certain exercises daily, and it’s just incredible what a difference I feel within my body and mind. No more aches and pains, no more headaches. I finally feel free!!!
  So do yourself a favour and try a BodyTalk session with Regina! You won’t regret it!!! If you’re stressed out from work, school, personal reasons, or your body just feels blah, you owe it to yourself to try this out!!! It is amaaaaazing!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!!
