  Best chiro I’ve ever been to. Dr Ben treated me with spinal decompression for my disc injury and I’ve never been the same. I’m a new person now that my nerve pain is completely gone. 10/10 would recommend.

  I saw Dr Benjamin Trautman at South Terrace Health Centre for my acute lower back pain late last year, Ben explained my condition to me in a kind and empathetic manner and promptly prescribed exercise therapy and stretching to rehabilitate me back in to my normal life. Ben is a soft tissue chiropractor utilising remedial massage, dry needling, taping, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions with special interest in disc herniation, disc bulging, nerve compression and sciatica issues. I would recommend Ben to friends and family of all ages
