  Great showroom with a wide range of wood heaters, however was
  underwhelmed by the sales-person being overly keen for me to pay up front without checking fully what i actually needed. As a result I was not provided all the components necessary for the wood heater to be installed with the clearances - this cost me on the installation.
  Would have liked more care in quoting what was required than making the sale. I called to check that it did include all the shielding required to get the minimum clearances which i was assured it did.
  It didn't!
  After providing this feedback was advised that it was just a simple communications problem but with no responsibility taken by them. I was required also to pay them for the extra components which appeared to be a lot of money for a simple piece of steel sheet??
  Anyways hopefully the wood heater goes well.
