But all the staff make it a much easier/lighter experience by being themselves, having a joke with you and being empathetic (not feeling sorry for you etc we don't want that), but understanding and making your shopping experience pleasant. The staff have great product knowledge and can suggest items that you didn't even know exist to make your day to day living a whole lot easier/normal(ish).
