  A lovely playground for small children. Parents can have a meal under the trees and watch t h e children. Fabulous plants and gift shop. A great place to visit.

  Been a couple of years since I was here and although the setting is still lovely I think the food and service has gone downhill. No ordering at the table now. Food didn't seem up to the standard I remembered and out order had a few mistakes.

  An absolute delight even for a "family lunch trip".
  
  We loved the place. Every person from the staff was lovely, patient and knowledgeable. One of them wasn't sure about our question and right away called someone who could answer the question. We were "just looking" and ended up buying a gorgeous Japanese Maple. On top of that, the cafe is delicious and beautifully located so you feel really calm around the plants in a great atmosphere. Give it a try and judge by yourself ???? you won't regret it.

  Love Rodney's! Such a great breakfast spot, with so many different settings to choose from to enjoy coffee, food and live music. Friendly staff, delicious food and the kids playground are what bring us back time and time again.

  A crowded casual restaurant with inside and outside tables. Glad we booked to secure our small inside table for 4. The same tables are used to seat two guests. A sufficient menu with enough choices including "breakfast" items on a laminated menu. Lots of staff but still a wait time to get to your table and then to order from the counter. Drinks came double quick and the main food items - gourmet burger and an underwhelming garden plate followed soon after. Nice place for Sunday lunch with lots of people around just out of reach but restricting movement between tables. Food and drink was average but certainly acceptable. Need another visit or two before adding it to the possible destination list in Canberra. Room for improvement including a reminder that Gentlemen usually remove their hats and or caps inside. Only 3 stars because of hat policy, admittedly not a big issue but still an ISSUE.
