Wasn't sure what to expect from my Halotherapy session but came with an open mind. I am very grateful I did!
I started my meditation routine and breathing and found I become much more relaxed than I normally would be able to achieve on my own; I felt a sense of peace and healing throughout the session. I suffer from Anxiety and can find it hard to relax but during my session I felt my self centering and healing through my breathing in the salt cabin and grounding by having my feet resting on the salt floor.
Definitely recommend for anyone looking for healing and balancing especially if anxiety is common symptom.
