  We have been absolutely impressed with Abbey, our amazing Property Manager. Abbey took over the management of our property after we had several Property Managers who caused us much frustration by their complete apathy towards looking after our investment, in our best interests, and their lack of even a basic understanding of the legislation pertaining to Residential Tenancies in the ACT. What we have found in Abbey is a Property Manager who not only has a thorough grasp of the legislation and keeps up to date with any changes to the legislation, but also looks after our investment as if it were her own. Abbey goes above and beyond and is thorough, meticulous and completely professional in everything she does. She also does what she says she will do and she does it extremely well! Abbey is prompt, efficient and extremely easy to deal with, and she works together with us to achieve the best outcome, rather than taking the easy route (to our detriment and costing us money) like our previous Property Managers did. Finally we have found a Property Manager who we have complete faith in to look after our investment. If you are looking for an exceptional Property Manager, who stands out from the rest, look no further than Abbey!

  After 15 years of having various agents, Abbey recently took over managing my property. Without doubt, Abbey would have to be THE best property manager I have had yet. Regularly communicates, thorough and clear in reports, helps make sound decisions and uses great initiative. Brilliant service and would recommend her 110%!
