Michael, Bec, and all of the Sunstak team were amazingly helpful, from the quote to the final installation. They were very patient and friendly. They provided me with several options with different brands and price ranges for my townhouse in Canberra. Eventually, we chose 25 pieces of Jinko Solar panels with a Sungrow inverter installed in my garage. The construction was finished within one day, and the team was very efficient and friendly.

We got a few quotes for solar and even though Sunstak weren't the cheapest, nor the dearest, we were impressed with their communication and very transparent response. The installers arrived on time and were courteous and approachable, answering all the stupid questions we asked of them. They had 32 panels and a Telsa battery fully installed in one day. I cannot fault the quality of workmanship, with no wiring or daggy conduit exposed anywhere. Michael followed up a few days later, confirming everything was working as it should. Great customer service from a local solar installer.

Michael and his team did a fantastic job at my elderly parents' townhouse in Canberra, both with the initial installation of 24 solar panels (9.36 kW) 12 months ago and then again last month to add a Tesla Powerwall II battery to the setup. The initial installation encountered some difficulties when the originally planned panels didn't quite fit onto the available roof area, but Michael was extremely professional and helpful in working with me to find a solution. My parents' electricity bills have since dropped by more than $1,500 per year and they are thrilled with the outcome. The newly installed battery should improve things even further, resulting in them having a net credit on their bills.

The initial online consultation and the information provided made out decision making easy. Work was done at the house was done on time an with a minimum of fuss. The on site staff were pleasant, efficient and left no mess at the end of the job. They also arranged the ACT govt interest free loan process which was a great help.

Using the app I can see the energy use through systems which is great because as it allows me to use my power more efficiently and save money.

Sunstak installed a 10kw solar system and a heat pump hot water system in 2021. Michael didn't oversell, and we ended up going significantly beyond his initial suggestion. The installation was very well handled and the independent inspector agreed that it was high quality work and high quality parts.

A year later we had a very small water leak after several days of very heavy rain under the main solar panel array. This may or may not have been related to the installation (our roof probably needs some work soon). Michael's team very attentively visited, took the relevant panel off and worked to improve the positioning and seal of the relevant tiles at no charge, in case that was a contributing factor.

We are very happy with Sunstak and would (and will) recommend them to others.
