  One of the best Resturant’s in Canberra. Best food and service and owner and chef runs a tight ship. Nice guy too. Always reliable and a great interior feel as well. Highly recommend.

  My favourite restaurant in Canberra and had raved about it to my partner. He was sceptical thinking no place can be that amazing. Well he changed his mind after we spent a delightful evening with great service and the best meal in town. The experience was delicious from beginning to end. The amazing smell of the meals could be detected before it was placed on the table. The presentation of the dishes was appealing. The flavours were memorable. I ordered the steak as usual because it is always perfect. I think Rubicon is the most underrated restaurant in Canberra and it makes it a well kept secret.

  Meals to die for, definitely mouthwatering and absolutely safe to indulge in decadence. Also, the service is impeccable and the Chef is awesome!

  Brilliant food, great atmosphere (calm, subtle, relaxed, cozy) and very attentive staff. Felt looked after the whole night without every feeling interrupted. Some genuinely amazing food by any standard - clever dishes executed well with great ingredients. Modern style cuisine.
