NeuroMoves Canberra opened in 2017. We are located within the Flynn Community Hub building, which is a heritage listed building that once was a primary school and has since been repurposed. We have a beautiful large space with a wide range of specialised exercise equipment on site which can be easily used by people living with disability.

NeuroMoves Program now available in Canberra

Released 28/02/2018. Spinal Cord Injuries Australia's NeuroMoves program was formally launched in Canberra today. The ACT Government's investment of $300,000 for a specialist gym means Canberrans with spinal cord injuries and other neurological disabilities no longer need to travel to Sydney to access the innovative rehabilitation and exercise program.

Suzette used her communication experience to help with Spinal ACT's successful bid (made to Minister Simon Corbell) on 26 July 2016) to the ACT Government for a one-off grant to fund the establishment of NeuroMoves in Canberra. This grant of $300,000 was made available by the current ACT Government on 24 December 2016.
