  The staff were knowledgeable and professional. What immediately struck me was their diligence and attention to detail: I was expecting to collect my watch in the afternoon after asking the staff to install a new watch band. When I went back, however, the gentleman insisted that I leave it with him overnight for some extra work because he wasn't happy with how the watch band fitted. It's so nice to have shop owners who genuinely want the best for their customers. Very happy with the final result. Highly recommended.

  They pressure tested my Omega watch and replaced the battery in it.
  The service was very professional, one you would expect from someone dealing in Swiss brands. They even cleaned my bracelet for free!!
  After the recommendations I have received from other people, I now understand why they come so highly recommended. For you watches this is the only place to go!!!

  Absolute professionals, you can tell they are very proud of there profession and the shop also reflects that.
  
  I took my watch in for a service and they where up front with me every detail. The watch was ready in no time, the gentleman said that not much work was needed to be done to get it working again and charged me nothing! There was scratches on the glass, they said they could buff it but wasn't hard to do myself and would save me the cost. I buffed it at home and looks and works like new.
  
  Will be go back for all my crono concerns

  Very pleased with their service. Prompt and courteous. The staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Turn around on repairs took one week sooner then expected.So glad I found them. Recommended!!

  I went to other mall place who asked me to change the whole machinery of my watch. They said nowadays nobody has the skills or time to make a real repair so they send it to the manufacturer and add their commission to the set price. Chris was the only one who dared to offer a deep and thorough cleaning and checkup for less than half the price, and it was enough and it worked, with 12 months warranty! If he had had to send it to the manufacturer, his quote was still the cheapest. I am so happy when I find real artisans who know their skill in this world of "use it and dispose of it". Highly recommended!
